Verified capability

A new service point connected to an existing factory

DCME connects the practical steps that happen across a garment-care business rather than treating every order as a simple retail sale.

Customer access

Allow approved customers to use a service location beyond the operating hours of a staffed counter.

Location network

Place connected collection points in suitable buildings, retail areas or service locations.

Factory utilisation

Feed additional work into an existing garment-care operation instead of building another full counter.

Prepaid offers

Use configured prepaid offers, payment links or merchant pathways according to the deployment.

Operational security

Use site procedures and CCTV coverage to support unattended operation and incident review.

Connected customer history

Keep Red Box orders, payments and service activity connected to the DCME customer relationship.

Connected workflow

From customer arrival to completed order

Each stage keeps the customer, ticket, items, payment and operational status connected.

04

05

Communicate and release

Send customer payment or collection information and control the return transaction.

06

Monitor the service

Review equipment availability, incidents, customer use, revenue and route efficiency.

The system can be configured around the services, people, locations and reporting requirements of the business.

View all FAQs

No. It is a customer drop-off and collection point connected to a garment-care provider and factory workflow.

Can any dry cleaning POS connect to Red Box?

DCME’s public position is that its software provides the connected Red Box pathway.

What happens if the unit is unavailable?

The operator must follow the agreed downtime, support and customer communication procedure.
